WAHH I LOVE THE FILTERS!!! it looks so super it goes so well and wow i really adore the shading its so pretty and i love how you used the green like on the fork and with the star on the head and aahh his is gorgeous the paws and the whole composition the goopy tears and insides wow wow wow <3____<3

I use the pain daub filter, film grain filter, and applied a pattern on a 'vivd light layer'

So it's not a texture it's mostly filters on Photoshop. I'd be willing to make it a texture though. (if I can figure out how)

Here, I tried my best to make a texture: [link] (colored) [link] (greyscale)

and I personally think with SAI that on a layer with texture it's best to either use an 'Overlay' layer or a 'Lumi and Shade' layer.
